Flowcrete South Africa Expands to Meet Growing Demand

Flowcrete South Africa (SA) was excited to start working out of a new warehouse and sales office in Cape Town this month, which were built to help them meet increasing calls for their products.

The developing Western Cape market has been ordering more and more of our flooring solutions. This prompted the construction of the modern buildings in a new location to enhance Flowcrete’s functionality and ability to provide to this area.

The new warehouse will be a huge benefit to clients who will see the lead times of products fall due to its ability to stock 88 tons of product much closer to the end user than was previously possible.

The Managing Director of Flowcrete South Africa Craig Blitenthall told us that he was looking forward to providing a better, faster service in an area of the country that’s undergoing remarkable growth.

He explained that they now have a logistical advantage thanks to their move to the Airport Industrial hub close to the Cape Town International Airport – making it more convenient for clients to travel to and from the facilities and improving the delivery time of Flowcrete SA materials.

This expansion signifies a major investment into the Cape Town office, which previously only consisted of a small sales team with four employees.

This development joins Flowcrete SA’s head office and manufacturing centre in Durban and their other office and manufacturing centre in Johannesburg. The combined South Africa operations are capable of providing high quality flooring solutions to the whole of Africa.
