Flowfresh Stars in 2016’s Awards Season

It’s not just Hollywood A-listers that are currently celebrating an award nomination – as our Flowfresh range has been tipped for two key industry awards this year!

The antimicrobial enhanced, polyurethane flooring range has been selected as one of the top 50 finalists in the 2016 awards of both Tomorrow’s Contract Floors and Tomorrow’s Health & Safety. These nominations are thanks to its ability to create ultra-hygienic and highly reliable surfaces within even the most challenging industrial environments.

The finalists for each award were selected based on the merits, innovativeness or proven durability of the product and by analysing the nominee’s inventiveness, ease of installation, safety, style and sustainability credentials.

Being put forward for both of these accolades illustrates Flowfresh’s ability to meet the many complicated, multifaceted flooring demands of large scale, contamination sensitive industrial businesses.

Flowfresh has been designed to create a floor that can maintain a clean surface despite the most challenging working conditions. To achieve this it has a seamless, impervious and highly durable finish that can incorporate coving, colours and stainless steel drainage. Every Flowfresh finish also has the antibacterial agent Polygiene® homogenously distributed throughout the polyurethane material, empowering it with the ability to eliminate up to 99.9% of bacteria in contact with the floor.

Flowfresh has been the darling of the industrial flooring world for some time now, but this year has seen it really step into the spotlight thanks to the range attaining HACCP International certification. This accreditation means that food and beverage brands operating a HACCP Food Safety Management Program can specify Flowfresh, safe in the knowledge that it will meet the stringent hygiene standards that floors in such locations are required to meet.
